WHO WE ARE

THE DANVILLE FRIENDS FAMILY

Danville Friends Church is a welcoming community rooted in faith, simplicity, and sincere connection. We’re always glad to see new faces and invite you to come experience worship, fellowship, and the great strength of the Quaker tradition with us. Whether you’re seeking a church home, exploring your faith, or simply curious about who we are, we hope you’ll find your way to our doors. There’s a place for you here, and we look forward to walking beside you on your spiritual journey.

You’ll discover a warm, unhurried space where you can pause, breathe, and encounter God in the quiet. Our gatherings center on listening—both to Scripture and to the still, small voice that speaks to each of us. We value authenticity over perfection, community over performance, and connection over ceremony.

Every week offers opportunities to grow in faith, serve alongside others, and cultivate relationships that last. From worship and prayer to service projects, small groups, and community events, there are many ways to engage at your own pace.

We believe a church should feel like family—supportive, encouraging, and grounded in love. Here, we celebrate joys together and carry one another through challenges, trusting that God meets us in every season. Our hope is that you’ll find Danville Friends to be a place where your faith can deepen and your spirit can rest.

Whether you’ve been part of a faith community for years or are stepping into church life for the first time, we welcome you with open hearts. Come as you are, bring your questions, and explore the presence of God among people who genuinely care. We would be honored to share in your story and journey forward with you.
